Property Prices Rising

News announcement today. Northern Ireland House prices have started to rise. Latest figures for the last 3 months show a 2% increase.
Anyone remember what property prices were like before the boom? Between 7% & 10% per annum was normal growth.
It looks like we are getting back to normal
